Boning The Tank Tracks [message #32909]

I am trying to bone the tracks on a Light Tank but don't know how. I have looked at the Mammoth Tank model Westwood provided in the "How To" folder in the Renegade Tools. the images below show what I'm trying to achieve.

That was moving from frame 0/30 to 1/30. I also noticed that when the tank track is selected a option appears that I can't seem to get.

Is seems this option is needed to bone the tracks but I�m not sure.
