Hey guys, I'm buying my first SSD to replace my western Digital Caviar Black 640GB WD6402AAEX SATA, (I want something faster) but So far it seems newegg has helped me narrow my search between these two (in my proce range) that have a real good read/write speed, but whats the main difference, the specs are identical

From what I read the Vertex 2 has a more updated firmwire that has 50000 I/O's then agility that is 10000, but is it really any difference?
