Hello, if i delete an account older than 30 days, would that cancel out my limit of 9 accounts to 8 so i can make a new one?

another thing i need help on, are sharing serials aloud in renegade? for example, i install renegade on my laptop and on my computer with same serials, because i was banned on some servers for shared serials etc...
