Audio Driver Problems [message #363346]

Hey, I recently had to reinstall all my drivers, and I have a cd a friend loaned to me with all the necessary software. I put the cd in the cd drive, and the only thing the computer doesn't pick up is the sound drive. Though i installed the sound software on the cd and put it in the driver folder. Any ideas?
