How do i install the w3d importer for 3dsmax 8 ? [message #321419]

W3D_CC-imp-V1.16.ms

This is the file for the importer. I copyed it to almost every directory but i cant see the import w3d file when going to

FILE --- Import...

I did try to run it as a script but nothing did happened !?

I can't see the inporter in the Cuztomise User Interfase settings.

I did not find anything working for me on the forums here.
(Not for 3dsmax Cool

Anyone got it to work? Dont Get It
