Help editing server side Maps. [message #224389]

I have read many tutorials on how to edit Maps and have them server side, i have seen it been done, so i know its not impossible, but i cant seem to be able to. I ahve alos asked several people who have done it and i still canot do this.

I am Trying to add the Torture wall from the tile > DSP.(It resembles a red lazer fence.) and blocking off the Base to Base attacks. Everytime i save it, i either have clients renegade Crash, or they cannot see the changes to the map.

Anyone help?
