does cp1 do something to fds servers to make pistols and c4 not be granted to players? (also someone said tht on under as nod it keeps sayin unit created).

this has prob been answered somewhere else but i only just started usin my serv again so i didnt keep up with the changes cp1 made to it Confused

if its not caused by cp1 any suggestions what caused it? (i dnt hav any mods on my serv either)
