I've noticed since the patch came out, when you 1st start a map...you have no C4. That's happened to me a few times, you can just change characters real quick, then change back and you'll be fine. It's something to be taken into account though.
However, it's worse on Snow. Not only do you "not have" C4's, but no pistol as well. This occured 12-17-04. I had to end the map because everyone was complaining. I'm also removing it from the rotation. I changed to an Officer when the level started and only had my mini-gun. No C4, no pistol. 
Also, I seem to get that bug alot on Snow, when your in a Tank...and drive too close to WF, your FPS drops to like 8 and your vehicle is out of the level flipping around and crap. I notice that happens on Snow more often then other maps.
