Get an SBH + Apache + Nuke
Stop on the mountain, hop out of apache and throw your timed C4 on it...Hop back in and fly directly to the GDI refinery.
Ram the chopper into the front of the Ref, right at the base of the tower, and jump out.
You will now be standing on the roof of the Ref in a position normally unable to get to. The chopper will fall and land in front of the Ref, and blow up right afterwards.
The enemy sees the Apache blow up, and cannot find anyone else....so just stand there, and wait for the best moment to plant your nuke. Once you plant it jump down and run into the the WF door, firing so that EVA announces the WF is under attack.
By the time they figure out where the nuke beacon is, it's too late 
Note that I have never performed this myself, but I have seen genlkozar do it on two occasions and it worked.
