Let me start the post by saying, I really don’t have the time to devote to a clan, hence I am not looking to join one.
However I was wondering do serious clans really believe in tryouts or recruiting players with good WOL rankings.
If you do believe in tryouts what do you actually look for?
The reason I ask is that I play online quite a bit and sometime a few of my RL friends will join the game I am playing, some are good some are not so good, however in my experience those who are not so good, but work as a team usually do a lot better than those who can aim a mouse but don’t believe in talking to any of their team mates.

What I used to look for was someone willing to fit a role on the team. Obviously, you should have some skill but I preferred people who if needed to be a Hottie/tech and mine they would do that.
