You know, its getting pretty old that everytime i get into a game, some half-ass cheat is mowing 135 people down in 3 minutes.

Now i understand that everyone is doing what they can but,
what if we fuck-up the fuck-ups?

Surely there is someone out there who can tear up someone's IP like there's no tomorrow... And if I'm not mistaken, the servers have everyone's IP.

Why I'm not sure, I think that it's only a couple of kids doing it... or really old bald guys with no life. Nevertheless taking out one or two may get rid of a lot of screen names.

Fighting fire with fire may be satisfying in a visceral kind of way, but legally doing that would make us no better (actually worse) than them. And sadly, its way more than just a handful of people using these cheats (thanks to folks like Ty spreading them in his effort to end Renegade gameplay).

Let them have their moment in the sun, Renguard will end the cheating.

The saddest thing to me is...okay I can see how it would be fun to cheat for a minute or two, just to experience it...but how fun can it be to win EVERY game you play, by shooting people through walls and blowing up things in one shot...I mean doesn't it get a bit old?
