Read the faqs- http://www.n00bstories.com/renforums/faq.php#11 It will say at the top.

Pretty much get a pic about 80 X 80 pixels or what ever and page an admin with the avatar and ask.

well, it doesnt have to be exactly 80 x 80, its size just has to be reasonable for an avatar.

(eg. under 250 x 250)
