does anyone know here to get the bot that when you type !help or anything like that it will show the rules and stuff like that.?.

If you DL the main program BlazeRegulator .Net (its like the 6th one down on DL page) and then also DL each patch and install each patch. You just put it into your program files. Make sure you also have the Microsoft Frameworks Program also.
