Hi @ all!!
I made a new clan a week ago with my friend stoeltjuh.
We are both very good players players and we want a clan with players with skills like us. What's the best way to get skilled and motivated players for a clan? This is my first clan so i have no experience with clans.
Hope u guys can tell me the answer!!

Don't recruit n00bs is a good one, Doubt you will find many decent players not in a clan
