this game was a complete bomb on the PC so why are people now interested on console ...

As far as I know, the game has changed and improved a lot. Especially since the 1.6 update.
You also don't have to pay a monthly fee anymore to play the game. So that makes it very interesting to buy the Elder Scrolls, especially for the die-hard fans.

Anyway I am going to play this game, and I'm just wondering if there are more people around who are going to get this game so we can team-up. Or even get a guild started.
