Okay, humor does not transfer over text apparently. I was entirely joking in the fact that one of the most talented developers on the TT team had to tell me that all the files on our web server were 404ing...
Sorry, I genuinely appreciate your help or I wouldn't have asked!
EDIT:
I added .* as application/octet-stream and that fixed all the 404 errors! Security issue, but IIS is terrible anyway and I need to move everything back to Apache. I'm still gonna try actually downloading a map before I say this is fixed, but that probably did the trick. Thanks for your help!

lol believe me I understand, I posted that from my phone in a very tiny window and now I see that it sounds terrible!
Anyway, I've now gotten just C&C_Platforms_b2 and C&C_FjordsTR on our TTFS. However, it seems that when only some of the files are downloadable? I started Fjords, which loaded first because I had the map already installed, so I cleared my TTFS folder in %APPDATA% and then connected again - this time, it loaded about 1.5MB of data then it said "Failed to download required packages." Do you think this would be something missing, or maybe a specific file still 404ing?
