Could someone create a new sticky with regards to installing Renegade (with scripts 4)?
You can find me in The KOSs2 (TK2) discord while I'm playing. Feel free to come and say hi! TK2 discord

Installing Renegade:
1. Insert your Renegade CD or The First Decade into your computer.
2. Click through the installer and optionally change the install directory, shortcut y/n etc.
Updating Renegade:
1. Download the latest TT CLIENT patch (as of writing 4.0 beta4): http://www.tiberiantechnologies.org/downloads
2. Run the downloaded file after completion.
3. It should automatically detect the installation folder of Renegade. If it does not, use 'Browse' to navigate to the folder you installed it to.
4. Click next and select the language you want your Renegade to be in.
5. Choose where you want to have the shortcuts placed.
6. Click install.
ADDITIONAL INFO: The patch will download the required files depending on your Renegade version and will update it to the latest official patch (1.037) automatically if required.

Just a note, TT installs 1.037 automatically, so there's no need to download/install it at all. I know you've "kinda" said that, but I say it'd be better if it was direct to the point, not everyone is technology friendly.

That is the whole reason I didn't add:
"Install 1.037 now"
If you follow these steps, you'll never even have to think about 1.037. Chances are if I start talking about 1.037 people might go and download that. Hence I left any reference to other patches out of these steps and only put it in as a note at the very bottom.
There. I added "ADDITIONAL INFO:" in front of the last sentence specially for you
