Is this cheat or lag related? [message #445470]

All Havocs in game, I can see their Ramjet shots when they fire. But this one player with a Havoc, he IS having a Ramjet but I can't see his ramjet shots; plus suspicious kills. It's as if he is using a 500 sniper but he is using a Ramjet as I saw him hold it.

I placed an object on Rp2's map (not sure what it was) but now I can see any beam effects in game any more, its possibile he is just standing by something that when you look at it it causes you to be unable to see the shots. But I really dont' know, just tossing ideas out there.
