Help with multiplayer [message #370138]

Recruit

I bought the First Decade; by the way, its a great deal, and I can't get the multiplayer to work on Renegade. It tells me that I need to reinstall the game and use the right serial code. What? I never got a serial number! The installation doesn't give me an option to put in a serial code! I have the right registration codes. What am I missing?

I got TFD and my serial did not work, had to post a fourm to them tlak to someone and over time some stupid dumbass acullty gave me a new serial without doing it the way they said
