ok i just gota new pc and am getting this problem

i got Windows XP SP2

Radeon X1800

i go to install the game (Not final decade)

it gets to 99% and Launcher.BMP comes up and it crashes

Please help me

It could be possible the disc is corrupt, have you tried using it with another computer?
