Well here's the story, Iv been coughing everyday for a year. After getting over the flu last summer my cough never went away. Iv been getting made fun of in school and even people asking me about it and such on the streets. I have had,
-2 TB test
-2 X rays
-One cat scan
-2 blood test (one is allergies which is negative)
-Taken some asma meds and nothing
-Taken 2 prescription 7 day anti biotic pills
-Taken some addictive liquid medicine

All is negitve or did not work
So no one knows what it is

Maybe someone here can give me some advice and help me. Iv had this for a year or more and im sick of getting mad fun of and running out of options.

Here's an idea: WebMD.com

You usually post really inane stuff that most people here really don't care about or aren't qualified to answer. Seeing as how the liklihood of any of us being doctors is close to nil, I'd take the suggestion I gave you and try webMD.com. Barring that, use Google and search for answers. It might take less time out of your day and you're less likely to post things here that are completely and totally irrelevant.

That said, I sympathize with you because I have phlegm in my throat for a while after I'm sick and I cough a lot because of it.

Thanks, Im looking at it now and is there like a general post section or something?

Well, if you post on WebMD, make sure you tell them that you are exposed to second hand smoke. You never know.

Not to call you an idiot but... you're an idiot.

extremely rare for people under the age of 20 to get cancer, not saying it doesn't happen but even then, especially of second hand smoke? lol, unlikely.

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

How much are you exposed to the second hand smoke? I don't think that has much of an effect atall unless you're constantly around someone who smokes ALOT.

I don't know if this is even possible, but maybe coughing is some kind of nervous habit?

I've been smoking 2-3 packs a day for the past two years and only recently have I been coughing so I had to switch to lights.
I doubt its that, plus I've been around secondhand smoke all my life too.
perhaps something asthma related? Otherwise I dunno.

Either way, its best to stay away from smokers and not even start smoking yourself.

Good luck with your condition though.

Docters gave my twin brother the Meningitis vaccine, he got it.

Then they gave him drugs to "cure" the epilepsy he got as a result of the meningitis. Now he's got dyslexia. Yay...
