Can anyone help figure out a way to increase my FPS. my ping is an average 150 KPS average 100-120 and SPFS average is 50. anything i can do cause i glitch/warp around the field a bit.

Go to options -> configuration -> performance and put the details to lowest.

press ~ or F8 then type Client_Physics_Optimization or just start typing it and it should pop up then you can press enter.
