When online i can log in easily enough but when i click on the channel i'd like to play in it comes up with the normal "Joining Channel..." but after a few seconds the top left corner of the box changes and says "Westwood Error" and the button at the bottom of the box no longer says "Abort" but "Okay" can any one help me? Thanks

Also, did you check if windows firewall is disabled and if your possible other firewalls let renegade's trafic through?

I imagine that Tesco's firewall wouldn't be brilliant, turn it off, you're probably only wasting system resources.
