Is it worth the money?
I am ok with 150GB i have a 40 now and am hardly using half of it.

Yah thats a good idea.
I don't know how to set RAID 0 up though, I think I will get one of those because I don't need super fast as long as stuff loads at a decent speed I will be ok.

Don't set up a RAID 0 nor get a 10,000 RPM drive. There's only a marginal performance gain compared to the risk of data loss for RAID 0, and you'd probably hate the constant buzzsaw noise of the 10,000 RPM drive.

For a PC you shouldn't need 10k drive.
If it were a server then I would understand, but don't go about dishing out the crazy amount of money. Find yourself a good SAS drive or SATA II drive with loads of space for a better price
