on the server UN-RULES NEWMAPS just a minute or so ago (check post date) before the server shutdown, for some reason i was getting the other teams commands (the command when you press alt and/or ctrl). i was in artillery in front of the obelisk when i suddenly received commands from a player in the opposite team in Gdi's colours. has someone hacked the server and been nice to me or something like that or is this a bug?

It's a bug that happens very rarely. best thing to do is leave the game and rejoin it, that should solve it normally.
