BHS runs the forums, and the owners of BHS administrate the forums. It's probably only fair that someone from the group they're in a partnership with have a representative here. I'm not sure if Cat is one of the founders or owners of BlackIntel, but he was probably the most logical choice out of any of them since he was nominated for global moderator anyway.
