I don't have sounds from tiberiansun, but I have all the game music from CnC gold and Ra2.

check out fruity loops or cakewalk.... fruity loops is used more for making beats and doing techno/electronica type stuff. calkwalk is used for recording live intruments. i recommend both. they arent free but people who are EVIL CRIMINALS can download them off the net with ease.
