Server failed to create game channel. [message #218585]

Hello, For some reason, my server is unable to create a game. it always will get stuck on "Creating game channel". I've reinstalled multiple times, but still nothing.

you need to make sure your serial is set to you renegade *client* serial.

username is correct
password is correct

I changed it to my current serial number, and it still does not work. it gets stuck at "creating game channel..."
