Renegade Won't Start [message #193544]

Recruit

my renegade won't start up.. when i click on it 2 start it the box thing comes up and say's renegade on it or w/e but it won't go 2 the menu's screen so i can play i've uninstalled and re-installed and no go... so if anyone has any ideas or anything please.. please let me know.. thanks

I *think* the 'box thing' he is referring to is renguard....

What version of windows are you running, and have you had renegade working before?

This screen comes up as usual.. then it just stops and doesn't continue it's really annoying and it was working like 2 day's Angry

ago plz help.. thanks oh ya and i have window's xp so idk wtf the prob is...

1.What's your system info?
2.Do you got the First Decade (a compilation of almost all C&C games)?
3.Have you tried putting no disc in the drive and opening C:\westwood\renegade\game.exe?

well i downloaded renguard and it turned out i had a corrupt alway's.dat file and 3 of my maps were corrupt but renguard fixed it
