That's a little stupid question. "UFO", unidentified flying object. In other words, flying objects we can't recognize. We all know those exist, there are huge number of photographs of UFO's already out there.

I think you're trying to ask if we believe in extra-terrestrial intelligence?

There's a hole in the sky through which things can fly.

No. As in if you mean that this UFO I would believe in would come from another planet.

Yes, I think he means UFO's from another world...in other words ALIENS, as for me I believe in aliens but I don't believe they've been to earth...yet!

Yes, I belive in UFOs. Take the sheer size of the universe for example. There are 250 billion stars in the Milky Way alone. That's a lot of stars in our galaxy alone. Let's assume that only 1% of those stars have actual planets. That's still 2,500,000 stars. Now, we'll assume that 1% of those have actuall atmospheres. That brings us down to 25,000 planets. Now we'll assume that 1% of those planets actually have intelligent life. That's still 250 planets left. Now, let's also assume that we didn't have the Dark Ages. That would put us about 300 years into the future. Imagine what we will find out in that time? Presuming that there are aliens, and that they evolved the same time that we did, that would give them a 300 year head start. Now, that would be very conservative, considering how long our planet has been in existance. Let's presume that Earth was one of the last life supporting planets to form. That could give other planets several billion years to produce some sort of intelligent life. (don't forget: other planets might not have had dinosaurs. That would give them a large head start. You can probably find more at http://www.mendhak.com ) Conclusion: there is most likely alien life out there.

I believe in extraterrestrial life [Recent scientific discoveries have almost absolutely confirmed the existence of bacteria on Mars (there are amounts of a gas in the atmosphere with a half life of 14 days or hours or something. Notwithstanding, short enough so that something is obviously going down on Mars.)] but I have never seen any form of conclusive evidence suggesting the presence of alien-operated spaceships or whatever you want to call them near the Earth. Quite frankly, I believe the Universe is too big to traverse unless somebody makes a probability drive.

EDIT: Grammatical Errors.

I do have an incling that we are not the only living souls in the universe BUT I do feel that no UFO has ever visited Earth so far.

I watched a program the other day about how the USA developed UFO-style aircraft for psychological warfare against the USSR back in the day in Area 51. A rotating cicular plane/lying thing with 8 jet engines aroudn the edge. I can't be bothered explaining it now if you havn't seen it but it made alot of sense.

As for other dodgy videos, my guess is that they were faked, it's not that hard surely . All you need it video editing skill or a small model. Did you ever see that faked picture of the loch ness monster? Just a toy doll resting on the water.

However I still have an open mind, show me proof or something at least convincing and you may change my perspective.

Bare in mind this is my opinion.

If you ever get the chance, watch a movie called Andromeda Strain. Very great old style Science Fiction movie about life from outer space, specifically a micro-"organism".

And let's assume that the stable structure of the Solar System is somehow standard across the galaxy. Then let's assume that all other planets are far enough away from asteroids, supernovas, and other destructive phenomena so they aren't blown away every few hundred years, and while we're at it let's assume that the universe carries enough energy to generate life in more than one star system. After we assume all that, let's assume that we aren't the first evolution of life in the universe, after all we have already assumed that life can spontaneously occur in conditions that exist outside our star system. Then from that let's assume there are plenty of planets out there that support life, since we already assume to know all the variables involved in creating life to begin with. After that assumption let's take it for granted that life can happen without interference, or that the events that brought it about here happen 1,000 times a day elsewhere in the universe.

While we're on a role, how about we assume that since these aliens, that we assume can exist and assume are more advanced than us, use their technology, we assume they have, to travel around looking for planets that they want to observe, without revealing themselves. And since we're assuming they hang around here, its safe to assume they like to get involved in Earth politics just to mess us up so we can never threaten them. Conclusion: Ted Kennedy is most likely an alien spy.

And if people haven't sensed the sarcasm yet, I'll just say that I don't believe aliens exist, and I don't believe they don't exist. There isn't much in the way of evidence either way.

I believe there could be other life out there. I say that just based on how many stars are out there that the probability that another rock orbiting another star can and does support life is pretty good.

I'm the bawss.

It should be obvious to everyone that Dr. Phil is, in fact, a space alien.

Is your child afraid of the dark? That's unacceptable, you need to lock him in a pitch dark room for days, or WEEKS, until he just stops crying and GETS REAL. Don't feed him either, that will help him from becomging a CHUNKY CHILD.

Now you say your son doesn't like clowns? Well clowns are a very normal thing that no one should be scared of, so we've had him removed from your household by DCFS Agents and fostered into a home of 6 clowns who will torture and torment him until he gets over his rediculous problem. We even videotaped it so everyone can see him GET REAL.

What a complete psychopath.

If extra-terrestrial aliens actually do exist, what is the probability that they'd choose earth out of the quintillions of planets that supposedly exist spread sporadically throughout the galaxy?

I don't know if they do or do not exist--there is very little credible evidence for their existence, and you can't prove a negative (so I'm not gonna say "there's no evidence they don't exist" Razz).
If they exist, though, and they're exponentially more technologically advanced than us, I'm certain they'd be able to find more interesting places in the universe. Razz

UFO's ofcourse, if the USA tests a new plane above Euro air teritory, and it's not known to the public it is considerd a UFO.

Triangle this the replacer of the B2? http://www.xenophilia.com/zb/zb0015/23triangle.jpg

As for the Aliens, If you'd look at it in scientific way and they are highly civilized they would have already contacted us? unless they are still in the stone age, which is a possibility too. But I think there is no life like that in our solar system. Maybe bacteria or organism. Which would be quite bad if it would be taken to earth. It would be just better if people would start working more on space instead of building multi milion dollar high tech weapons to kill eachother. bombs, tanks ecta. I mean wouldn't it be awesome if we would have a base on mars or the moon instead. There is frozen water under the surface. The development just doesn't go fast enough because space travel is to expensive. But a launch from the moon or mars would be cheaper since the gravitiy is 6 times as low.
