This truely is simple.
For a simple way, download this (dont worry, i just made it, no viri or anything of that sort.
http://files.xeonteam.com/ComputerName.rar
It should display your computer name in the top textbox, then in the listbox is should state all the other networked PC's including yours. Now open up run and type
\\ then one of the computer names from the listbox.
eg:- Mine would be.
\\home
EDIT: I updated the version so that now all you have to do it double click the computers name in the listbox.

Nopic, what are you trying to do? I have no need to post a trojan, virus or worm on here. Paradox, have you ran the app? If so have you noticed your computer been taken over by little green men in a cradboard box? No, then thats answers the question.
