im trying to make a reticle skin, but having major problems with the transparency. some parts of the reticle will look fine, but others will be hazy for no apparent reason. i went to http://www.renhelp.co.uk but im still stuck. can someone help me with this?

yep, photoshop. on the tutorial it says something about using gray scale, but i can't figure it out.
