Nepal's King Gyanendra celebrated his country's 55th Democracy Day with full pomp and splendour yesterday, after cutting off the nation's telephones and banning public transport to prevent embarrassing demonstrations.

Gbull, hes not talking about the Jefferson thing.
Although I'd have to agree that dissent in this case is very patriotic. The king would most likely be viewed as a shameless asshole trying to protect himself and his position. He's this is not going to help Nepal in anyway, it will only set them back.
Therefore dissent against this sort of dictatorship would benefit the country.
