but how do i make my server so there only needs 1 player to start game?

Only way i know is set MaxPlayers=1 in svrcfg_cnc.ini (data folder) but that will make it a 1 player game. I don't think there is a way right now to have let's say a 8 player game start when 1 player joins.
That wouldn't be fair for the other team. Player 1 joins and kills most of the buldings b4 the 2nd player even joins the game.....
