OK what port do players actually connect to for my Renegade server? I know in server.ini is says port 0, but that's not actually it right?

Also if I wanted to write a php querying script to get player details I would just use port 23500 right?

Another question while I'm at it, I've noticed there are some administration tools for Renegade. How were this written/coded? Is there an SDK for Renegade that allows you to create 3rd party administration tools?
