Before I installed beta 4 for Sole survivor, (im a beta tester) renguard was working fine, after I installed beta 4 and its patch and renguard vs 1.02 (in that order) I decided to play normal renegade, but then renguard put up 3 files from my ss beta and said "UNAUTHORIZED FILES DETECTED, EXITING RENGUARD NETWORK" Great, just great, I do not wish to uninstall the beta, nor do I wish to uninstall renguard, but I thought you knew what somerhino was putting in the mod.

The SS mod is a total conversion mod, so it uses it's own models and textures and settings. Obviously RG scans the mod and checks to see if it's legit. And it thinks that it is not simply because it uses different .w3d files and different texture files.
It just needs to be approved. Run Renegade without Renguard by double clicking game2.exe in your Renegade directory.
I think in the next version of RG, the installer should add 2 desktop shortcuts:
One to run Renegade with RG (game.exe), and another to run Renegade in normal mode.
Simple solution to problems such as these.

RenGuard support for SS doesn't work yet. They'll need to talk to us to get their files in our repository.
