Actually I've also seen APCs/Humvees/Buggies with green arrows over them and an enemy driving them. It's obviously a glitch.

there are issues when taking Vechs from other team. here are a few

note: when you buy vech, person in it or not, its counts as a part of the team, like a building, so unless u get in and out of it, the other team can hit it for points.

when the enimie gets in, the game still reconizes it as the other team's yet is labeled as the other team and will display a Green box if it was from your team, and Red if it was from the other team. the Green arrow sometimes is there, believe me, you can't get in, ived tried .. lol
