No you can do that I don't know how, but in order to do it you would need a hacked UXTheme.dll like I said earlier.
It is an okay hack, its just you might run into problems later if you try and custom make it.
The reason Uranus is tilted 90 degrees is because god got angry and kicked it over.....

Apologies for late post.
You deserve nothing but a punch in the face for trying to get credit for something that you shouldn't even get credit for.
Any half-assed slob could find a theme. It takes a fair amount less half-assed slobbiness to make a theme yourself. If you want credit for something, make it yourself, and then release it. Otherwise it'll get stolen and you'll have a hissy fit about it.
