That is not the installation key, it's a key thats generated, and its linked to the nick/company you registered on. I doubt it's any usefull.

As for the new PC hope you have alot of fun with it Big Grin
What I am wondering is, did you get it or did you buy it yourself? Because it's pretty hard getting an AMD 64 3200 now a days. Lets say if it was 3 years ago it would have been high end, but now it's more comparable to a budget PC. Not that it performs bad or anything. I sill play Renegade on a p4 2.6ghz with 512mb ram, and Ti4200. 45 fps in a 42 player server average, so I can't complain for a sys that's from 2004. But if you want to play some of the newer games the CPU is going to have a though time, just because it cant keep pace with the Graphics cards which are just faster, especialy if you take on in the 8800 range it would be a waste.

I got this rig back in late '05.

I know the processor is old, but damn is it good, I previously had 512MB of ram and I have waited patiently for money to upgrade, I might buy a new hard drive, Though finding a SATA hard drive with more then 300Gb is pretty hard.

But a new graphics card is what I really need now, Because I mainly stick to Source games.

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

I just got two real cheap ones a few weeks back, and am contemplating a third.

SATA Drives that size (and much larger) are really common.

I've been looking for a SATA hard drive, with 300Gb capacity, But most online stores I know only do SATA-II. Sad

Newegg don't deliver internationally so that pretty much sucks, too. Sad

SATA II is backwards compatible with SATA, I incase that's stopping you, it won't run alot slower either because the harddisk does not use such troughput yet.
