I don't make as much money as her, but I pay a large percent of my paycheck to fund welfare recipients just like she does. And Its none of your business to know if I or my Girlfriend, or Bob down the street is a virgin. Just remember kiddies, having a kid is your fault, not the taxpayers, so don't make us pay for it.

You still shitting me,ok if there was no poor people you would still pay taxes. So Who pays the police? or firemen? How do potholes get fixed,by tax payers

all your tax money don't go torward poor people,THINK gbull, you smarter then that.Thats why I said the war was on iraq was wrong, cause we got bigger problems in the usa. When I was young I was so called poor.but that didn't stop me from getting my diploma nor did my mother sit on her ass waiting on a welfare check.Have you known people now days gotta work just to get welfare.its not easy like you think, poor people can't even get welfare.so your money don't go to waste like you think, people work for welfare.

I never said people don't abuse.
Your poor to me ,So should I get pissed because my tax money go towards paying the police that patrol your neighborhood?

The documentaries of welfare you've seen are to show the bad side of Aide.

In your words gbull
"because many times, the rich pay for the poor, even when the poor is very capable. Its called welfare, and most of it is wasted money. Also, in much of the case the rich had to work VERY hard for their money."

How can you defend the rich ,When your poor.

Those welfare queens in their cadillacs...

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)

"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)

Probably because he knows that the amount of money he has is due to his own creation (or lack of)... He's most likely the type of person that is actively persuing his fortune, not the type that feels the rich person should give him a hand-out.

There are two types of poor people:

Those that are down on their luck and need a little assistance to get back on their feet.

And those that think someone should give them something simply because the other person has it and they don't.

Everyone here is talking about the latter, how about you?

No conservative that I've ever spoken to has ever complained about assisting those who need a hand; we simply can't stand the ones that believe it is some sort of Right to be given everything their neighbor has.

My complaint about income taxes isn't strictly limited to it 'going to welfare recipients'... my complaint includes how pretty much all those old guys up in the Senate add riders to bills to get our tax money spent on bullshit in their own home state in order to ensure they are voted in again.

I believe is was Churchill who said something like "I've never heard of a nation who taxed itself into prosperity."

I'm the bawss.
