Black-cell, hands down the most original, innovative and ahead of it's time renegade server. All other servers are either imitations of it or derived/inherited work from it.

A non-overpowered-veteran system that actually made sense.
!commanders, a person with the highest ladder ranking would assume the role of commander on the team(moderator of VIP would overrun this), where they could issue commands, people followed them more as it wasn't a labeled person showing the commands it just said commander.
Boss use of keycfg,
F4 - Would be a custom radio command to repair the building with the lowest HP
F5 - The last person you hit it would said "Focus Fire on Playername - Vehicle/Character"
Cant remember the rest but they made sense
Community events were boss, WD spawning like 3k mammies on maps, also loading in other maps on maps.
Crates were boss
Soo much more I probably forgot, basically it was a unique modified server that didn't shit all over gameplay or alter it too much

Also i liked BlackCell.. i remember FnFalls moderators to be very angry...
The old old old Renegade Community server on GSA was good even though some of the STuTu members blatantly cheated

Nice to see XpHaZe remembered by a few, sucked that it went down hill after I left the keys on the counter and walked out the door. Would say The Pitts was a really good place to with a solid community.
