Whenever I try to install renegade, I get an error message at around 96% installed that says "A file system error has been detected. Please ensure that the Renegade Game CD-ROM is in the drive." As well, a mod around here named goztow seems to suck a lot of cock.

All I can think of is a damaged CD. There are some threads aroundh ere that contain iso's of the cd's. Try using them to install with your own valid serial.
