Ok, what I'm about to post here is not an official decision *yet*, but here's how I plan on proceeding with the tournament after looking at the situation:
We've had many extended deadlines and I do not plan on extending again. Jelly showed up with a team that day, CW.cc couldn't. Spoony decided to not care at all during the buffer and left. The CW.cc team was no more. Extending the deadline to this weekend would not work out too well for Jelly anyway because we plan on doing something in memory of Spoonplex (who died of cancer earlier this year) as it's his Birthday. CW.cc forfeited that day, I wish they had just played a 5v5 with Spoony, but unfortunately... Besides, if CW.cc makes it through the next match they meet us again in the very finals! I expect that match to be awesome, should that happen.
Then there's OS vs NE, these matches didn't happen either. Now since I don't plan on extending the deadline again, I decided to advance the 'better' team. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not going to say one community is bad and the other is good. I am going to do this based on how they advanced in the tournament since round 1. NE got eliminated in the first round and went to the bottom bracket. OS advaned two rounds in the winners bracket before getting eliminated and bumped down to the bottom bracket. In this scenario OS advances the round and NE will be eliminated from the tournament.
I would like to thank Atomix and SoQ for getting their match done in time, and hope that all matches will be played before or on the deadline from now on. The heat's gonna turn up more and more now.
The matches in round 5 in this scenario will be:
- Jelly vs OS
- CW.cc vs SoQ
I will let you all know ASAP. As for whiskey, keep making that roster for CW.cc, if it's not for Jelly, it will be against SoQ.

I agree this is the best way to move forward with the tournament.
Cw.cc should prepare their roster for SOQ as Jelly had already organized events for the weekend.
Os should prepare for Jelly.
I am thinking we will not extend the deadline anymore, so try hard to get these matches done in time!

you mean the other team should forfeit in order to let you win ^.^
@ TD, seems fair to me. Only problem might be if OS cant come with a team this time. Then this idea of you is no option.
Jelly will have the next opponent who have to forfeit.
Also, I trust whiskey that he is planning to get a team ready, but we dont know he will make it.
Note that both OS and cw.cc havent put a team on the roster.
So before you take this in a final decision make sure the teams will play the next round.

Just to clarify,
CW.CC is playing -SoQ- this Saturday @ 3pm EST?
and yes, cw.cc is building a roster on our website and already have 10 signed up. Now we just need to confirm the date/time so I can let the community know. Right now, they believe its this Sat @ 3, so please let us know ASAP.

and we like to play on sundays. Since we cant get a team on saturdays. That wasnt a problem with other teams, so I hope that aint a problem with cw.cc

That's completely and utterly unfair.
Both teams have lost 1 game, NE lost its game with SoQ which is clearly one of the best teams in this tournament (they're still in it.) Since then we've eliminated 2 teams from the tournament. You have NO RIGHT to eliminate a team on the basis of "I think the other one is better". NE and OS have played funwars in the past you know, and both teams have won and lost. The tournament game can literally go either way.

You will see that OS is being less than responsible in setting a deadline. It took 6 days for them to say "Sunday wasn't good for them" when it was decided the week before, and then they did not suggest a new date. Then we responded asking what was up, and they just said it was too late to organize a match for that week as well.
Today I was going to post another date for this Saturday just to get the match going, until I saw this thread.
We obviously can't post our rosters until a date is decided, which has not happened yet.
How about you actually set up a clanwar for this weekend for us rather than speculating on what team would hypothetically win. Either that or kick both teams out of the tournament. You can't have an imaginary winner.

Hey Foby, as i posted in the thread contact me due msn/This web and nothing happend just 2 questions, than i spokev with vasatron and he told me he would get backto me Asap with and date and a time.
As for Jelly Liquid Contact me as the way you have done before so we can set it up correctly and i hope to have a good amounth of people like the last time.
Liquid you know how to contact me so i look forward to set it up.
Unless you want NE to play us, it has to be done on a Saterday only day which fits good, and its the actual ''PLAY DAY''.
and if this game against NE still has to take place, i rather want to get contacted properly and not like last time.

I actually would like to give NE a chance to compete with Os. Both of you really need to do a better job of communicating with each other though and try and get this match done ASAP!
