Alas, the LFDS scripts/SSGM build system is (most likely) out of date enough that it won't work OOB on a recent Linux distro...I'd be more than happy to volunteer to modernize the thing (apparently JonWil's never heard of GNU autoconf).
Also, has anyone tried to compile the LFDS RH8 scripts using gcc-3.4 or 4.x with -fabi-version=1? << EDIT: ignore.
Finally, should we support the RH73 LFDS any longer? Does anyone run their FDS on a Linux distro that old?

If you have trouble running BIATCH on your FDS, have some questions about a BIATCH message or log entry, or think that BIATCH spit out a false positive, PLEASE contact the BlackIntel coding team and avoid wasting the time of others.

Tested on Yrr's Linux server (ty Yrr ) with GCC 4.1.1(debian) and it doesn't compile OOB (ty JW for writing code that depends on broken two-stage name lookup ).
Update: fixed those errors and now it compiles, time for a runtime test
Update 2: runs just fine
