Recruit

I'm trying to use a skins that allows you to actually see the map in renegade but the lag is extremely bad! I'm getting like 5 fps! I'm attaching my DXdiag to see if you have any ideas. I usually without mods get about 60 fps. but i enjoy using them so i was wondering if there would be a way to
