If you're in the one with the mansion, search the other buildings for a keycard off a Nod guy and then go to the main building's dining hall, and look around for a passage that goes down, I got a bit confused on it but just keep looking.

nah man u are talkin bout the mission with the research facility in which you later come to fight mutant ravenshaw....i cant find the scientists either, im stuck in the 2 main floors of the thing and then that basement place where its like a big cave, im stuck as well and need help!

try to find a cave, on the bottom of it, on one of the towers in a elevator that goes down...
