It has to due with color's burning on your Retina and negative colors. For example, if you watch too long in the song, then look away, you will still some spots while looking at other things. Its mostly a combination of different colors, as it is actually white, white through a prism --> all colors, thats how a Rainbow works too, where the rain is the prism to separate the white sun light in all colors.
When you watch really long to a square which is separated in the middle; White on top and black down white. When watching directly towards for a while, then look somewhere else, you will still see the box, but the colors are inverted (Black on top and White below it)
