Well so you want to edit skins but you don't have Photoshop? Then you can try GIMP, or get infran view! It is great and can edit and open .dds and .tga files along with many other things. Enjoy! Big Ups

I like Irfan View for it's batch option, it's the best.

I use Paintshop Pro for general image editing, as it's user friendy and simple to use.

For editing jobs that PSP can't do, I have PS CS2 or whatever the newest version is. Satisfied

I've been telling you people for years to get Irfanview. Don't forget to get the plugins to support those dds files etc.

Its a single small little file with all the plugins.
