did you ever hear about the center of gravity??
that thing would fall over on its side the second it got on its wheels,
thats on the only thing i find 'wrong' with it, but good attempt anyways

my answer was why the wheels were positioned like that in gmax the wheels were as they should but in game their at the wrong position as you see but why

Have you ever heard about that method of transportation, that drives on 2 wheels, commonly refered to as a "motorcycle"?
Well, apparently it hasn't fallen over, otherwise his screenshot wouldn't look like that...
Maybe the bones are out of alignment, or something like that...

WheelC bones are at the center of the wheels, the WheelP bones are positioned where the wheel touches the floor.
