I want to play Renegade so bad onlline and i cant because i cant make an account i went to westwood registeration place and it says the site is down for maitenence for about a MONTH NOW! so im tired of waiting i need to register how do i register so i can play the gosh dang game

You should just go to the login box of XWIS/WOL and fill in an unused username of max 9 characters long and a password of exactely 8 characters. If the nick doesn't exist it will be automatically created with the password you filled in.
